The US/CDN exchange rate governs the cost to individuals paying in US Dollars. The cost in Canadian Dollars remains constant with the cost in US dollars fluctuating with the exchange rate. Participants are advised to know what the exchange rate is in respect to "balances owing" to keep cost increases due to changes in the US/CDN exchange rate to a minimum. Participants may pay in US or CDN funds but must pay the balance in the same funds as the deposit. Please note that the rate quoted in the papers etc., is not the rate given for deposits--there is usually a 3% to 4% difference and always lower. Canusa Cycle Adventure Tours reserves the right to change conditions and prices at any time. While we have not had to change our base price (in Cdn Dollars) since we have been in business (21 years) the volatility of the US/Cdn exchange rate, fuel and accommodation costs may require a change in the future. PAYMENT TERMS: $200.00 at the time of registration. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal (see Payment Page) or cheque. CANCELLATION POLICY: -More than 14 days from tour start--All monies received except $100.00 plus any expenses incurred will be refunded. -Within 14 days of tour start--no refund--BUT--all monies received except $500.00 (per person) plus any expenses incurred may be used on another tour no later than the end of the season of the following year. -Canusa Cycle Adventure Tours reserves the right to change this policy--after the fact--in situations where an unusually high number of cancellations occur. Canusa Cycle Adventure Tours suggests that all participants register with "CSA VACATION GUARANTEE" (or some other vacation insurance provider) either through the CSA pamphlet which we will mail you on request or by visiting the CSA website at www.csatp.com. The tour features The Icefields Highway, Banff, Jasper, Mt Robson, the Bow, Fraser, Thompson and Kicking Horse Rivers while enjoying the Bow, Sunwapta, Messiter, Eagle and Rogers Passes along with many miles of downhill! A land without limits, there is no end to the fun as you cruise through 1034km/642 miles of the remote and spectacular setting that is British Columbia and Alberta. Stretch your legs on a day off and stroll around Kamloops or spend the day relaxing by the South Thompson River. Cycling ends on this incredible journey in Lake Louise, Alberta and some of the most spectacular scenery of the tour is saved for the last day as you go through the Kicking Horse Canyon and Pass, see the Spiral Tunnels and view the incredible Monarch Mine.. The tour starts and ends in Calgary. Meet at 0730 on Sunday, June 27, day of tour start at the Executive Royal Inn Airport, Calgary, and finish in Calgary at the Executive Royal Inn Airport, late pm on the last night of the tour, July 8, 2010. Arrangements for return flights should be made for the day after the last day of biking or later. Cycling starts at Lake Louise and finishes in Golden. Average daily mileage is 94km/58m with a day off in Kamloops.
